Hi there. When did they inform you to reupload photo?, and when was the error ?, some timeline here would be helpful...cheers.....:)
MP said IRCC informed that that on February 23, an error occurred in the production process. And I got an email on March 26 from PR portal notify me that my PR confirmation case requires revision which asked me to reupload the photo.

It might take a while then. I got ecopr on Dec 28, photo rejected after a month and reuploaded a new picture on Jan 31st. Still waiting for the card.

I am at 74 Days since eCOPR, (Jan 18th)

I have been to mexico and hawaii, both times the airlines didnt ask for any paperwork (UK Passport), so no issues flying and returning without PR Card.

Border agent in Vancouver asked for my PR Card after the Mexico flight, Told him there is an epic delay, he was like oh OK, that was it.

Cant say you will have the same experience as me, but I have had no issues travelling without the PR Card.

I am now in the USA for 3 weeks via Peace Arch, no need to go into border office at the USA and will update you on the way back how my land border crossing goes, but that is even stated as not an issue.

Good luck everyone, I dont see getting this PR card anytime soon, Wait times are now 47 Days on the site and just keep going up.

I called them multiple times only to speak to more clueless people. Might have to contact my local MP soon.

Today is 103th day since my CoPR on Dec 19, 2023. In the meantime expired CoPR. No update from IRCC. Is there any problem due to expiry of CoPR?
I have also contacted with MP by email. Awaiting for the update/reply.

I did not have any problem during my land border crossing (Peace Arch) using a private car from Seattle back to Canada even without the PR card yet at that time. This happened in mid-March. The Border agent asked for my PR card, and I told him that I haven't received it yet, but I mentioned that I have a downloaded copy of my eCOPR. He take a look at my eCOPR and said that 10 weeks of waiting for the PR card is too much, then I waited for a few seconds and he mentioned that I am good to go.

Same here, 69 days without any update
It looks like the norm is 70-80 days for Calgary VO before getting GU 1 from the eCOPR date. It took me 73 days, and some even more than 80 days. Hope it won't delay further.

Does anyone know if we can leave the country with out a PR card after having the Ecopr issued? I got my Ecopr on 29th Jan from Calgary VO. It’s been more than 2 months and I haven’t received my PR card and need to travel to India urgently. Will it be an issue if I leave the country now and have my friend pick the PR card from my mailbox when he travels to India and I get back to Canada with my PR card when I have it ?

How do you know you will get the PR care before your friend travels to India?
But yes you can do that, if your friend takes your card to India.
I have a flight to India in 4 days , but I haven’t recieved my PR card, I won’t be travelling as I don’t know will the PR card come before my return date from India.

My friend travels in 3 months and I have an extended stay back home. It’s already been 2 months and I am hoping this process of getting my PR card shouldn’t take more than 5 months in total but IRCC never fails to surprise us. Just want to know if it’ll be an issue though but as I understand I don’t think it’s a problem .

If you have five months, then I don’t think there is any issue. You can also apply for PRTD, which takes 6 weeks to come.
