I am applying for PR through non- non-express entry pathway. To apply, I do have a few concerns. I would appreciate it if someone could guide me in this matter.

1. IMM - 008 SCHD 4, we need to mention the unencumbered funds, can I mentioned my annual salary in this form and upload the paystubs and employment letter. Or, do I need to mention the the funds I have in my bank account? If this is the case how much minimum funds should I need to show in my bank account along with my employment letter and paystubs?

2. While filling out the Personal History, I have overlapping between the activities. For instance, doing 2 jobs at the moment, Job A: 09/2023 - 02/2024. Job B: 10/2022 -02/2024
From 06/2023 -08/2023, I was working part-time at Job B. If I mention the information of job B, as "Job B: 10/2022 -02/2024", does it cover my gap from "06/2023 -08/2023"?

Thanks !
There is no income requirement if you are nominated by province. Just put whatever money you have in your current account. For overlap it’s fine doing that . Just don’t miss any gaps in personal history otherwise they will ask that form again.

Is there anyone who applied for Nomination under Employer Job Offer - Foreign Worker Stream OINP recently (within last two months)?

Have you guys got any updates?

Check my signature.

After summitting the application, it's roughly:
+3-6 weeks for assessment
+2-3 weeks for DIP
+3-4 months for Nomination

ADRs may affect these times. This is based on personal observation from what I've read mostly in this forum.

Check these threads:

HI Guys,

here is my application timeline:
Submitted: Feb 3
AOR: March 15
ADR 1: March 16
MR: June 27
MP: July 12
ADR 2: Schedule A and CV, Sep 18
Review of additional documents: Oct 5
then..... silence of death

Still background check is in progress, I am literally giving up now. It is so frustrating that many people come and go after me!

Hi, I got my GCMS notes from IRCC today. The one from CBSA is on the way.

I have the following in my security section and would like to see how does it compare to yours if you are willing to share.

Mine goes like:
SECURITY
SECURITY: 1

UCI#: ...
Family name: ...
Given name: ...
Type: Security

It also cites s.15(1) on the top right corner. However, s.15(1) appears to be very common.

In my case, everything else is completed/passed. The last day someone added a note on my file was August 25, 2023, but it was mostly blank. My secondary VO is CPC Ottawa. At this stage I am fairly certain they are processing my security and most likely the compressive check since it has been over 5 months any one has touched it.

Hi,

Your time line appears very similar to mine, except I never got ADR or PAL. There is a bunch of us here that applies late 2022 or early 2023 that are still waiting for a decision.

My timeline - OINP Master Stream - Inland - Applying alone
AR - Jan 6, 2023
AOR - Mar 3, 2023
MR - June 27, 2023
MP - July 10, 2023
According to GCMS notes, the last time someone entered a note was on August 25, 2023.
Nothing after that

PVO: CIO Sydney
SVO: CPC Ottawa

Final decision - February 8, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

What does this message say? Is the decision coming soon? Did anyone receive such message?

You need to give your biometrics once every 10 years. You don’t need to give your biometrics again until the 10-year period expires.

If you gave biometrics in the past as part of an application for a visitor visa, work or study permit and they’re still valid, you don’t need to give them again.

Find out if your biometrics are still valid and when they expire by using the Check status tool.
I would suggest you to give again as to avoid any delays and complications. It doesn’t take too long.
Biometrics for temporary permits/visas is not valid for PR applications and since June 2023, IRCC has required separate biometrics for PR applications.
