They usually send a biometric request when the previous one has expired or is about to. Either way, that means your officer has opened your files again- Zuzu1111

They do go over everything again when finalizing. For me, the eligibility was reviewed and passed one day after the final decision- Zuzu1111

I contacted 3 different MPs during my WP application (I moved from the city). None of them helped more than normal updates. Only one left a note for the officer to request more information In my case, MP didn't work- Zuzu1111
