Parents visitor visa stuck
My parents' visas have been stuck for 2.5 years now. I filed for writ of Mandamus back in April. The application has been sitting with the court since July and there is no timeline on when it's going to be seen by the judge. And this is only for the judge to decide whether we have a case that...
