    I provided a friends address in Toronto and told them that is a mailing address in Canada, and confirmed I continued to reside in USA, and that my residential address is the USA one they have on file.

    Looks like we are in for a bit of a wait for AOR. I have been watching the trackers for November and December submissions and currently people submitted around Nov 20 are getting AORs. So I am guessing earliest for us would be late Feb to mid March.
