yeah your's is even taking much longer to change to DIP. Have you tried contacting them? maybe email them and raise a webform and also try calling them?

No. letter of employment and references are very different from OINP Employer Form. Please check the OINP website and check out what information is needed in filling out that form and start discussing with your employer beforehand. The form must be completed and signed by 2 or 3 of your company...

Good idea to ask your employer if they can get LMIA. If that doesn't work and you are running out of time maybe look out for another company here in Ontario who can employ you with an LMIA? There are other programs or pathways you can explore for employment here in Ontario apart from LMIA. For...
