    That's actually strange to an extent. I submitted my celpip result during my application, and then raised a webform to submit my wife's result afterwards. Any update on your eligibility now? That's the next step. Congratulations in advance

    No you cannot. U need to get BIL first. Also, that's the wrong UCI .. you need the one without the alphabets.. u need the one with the (I think 10 digits)
