    Thanks a lot. Briefly i respond: -it's now clear. I don't know what is RC-1 visa but it makes sense that getting a PRTD should not be followed by a revoke order (except as you said if something changed) -I asked about the timeline in that case to wait for renewal after PRTD to receive new PR CARD.

I would precise my questions if possible: - is it possible to get PRTD but then got once arrived in Canada, a revokation of PR status? It seems possible but i wonder why to give a visa to a immigrant and then revoke the status...

    Thank you. I'm shocked. I'm abroad willing to apply for a tvrp throug H&C and what i read from you is that precise procedure will cost me 2-3 years for the waiting period without knowing what to do if i come back or stay abroad. Let me take a glass of cold water, very shocking.

    you mean if the tvrp is accepted the waiting period for HC (not refugee) is > 2,3 years or even the response for tvrp is > 2,3 years? sorry
