I respond. -"Why you want to get it revoked ?" given the low chance of success, i think about revoking and reapplying knowing that it's costly in terms of organization (pass language tests for points...) but if success, get a five year card. otherwise if HC, difficult to...

    But one returns late after DL expiration (pb of PR cards, not a will) he will loose the DL and will have to begin until the beginning i guess.

    It looks interesting. Being outside and abroad (mycase) without possibility to return due to my exprired PR and breaching RO, makes complicated to renew and i don't see myself sending a passport and even with my foreign adress they will not send the DL

    Sorry, i was not clear. There are some additional points for higher educated level which is normal. But it seems that most of the points under EE are for language, local experience, family, age. Anyway, it seems that it will be very difficult to immigrate now as they cut 50% of the province...

    So true thanks a lot. But for me, the chance of PR card renew are low, this is why i think about renouncing, try a new application but above 45, it s tough.

    unfortunately above 45, difficult to have many point due to age, so sadly i would have if i apply to work on english langage test. I don't think i have options (like people who have family or work offer)
