    Just had to re-submit my Passport (Pilot Program). Apparently the signature in the "Optional" Emergency Contact section is mandatory even if you aren't submitting an emergency contact. The instructions also don't state this as required. Quite frustrating... Maybe I missed it else where but...

    How did you know the Passport Program received your eCert 6 days later? I submitted my form on Feb 26 and looking at Connect, doesn't look like anything has happened since... Maybe I forgot to do something and will need to double check.
