P1 is an email from the IRCC ask your information for confirmation your PR.
P2 is another email you receive after P1 to finalize your status as a permanent resident.
Then you receive your card and be happy :)
Do I have to link my application with my GC account so that they start processing my application?
On tracker, it says it is still under background verification from Nov 5, 2024.
