    If your criminality is passed but the background is not green yet it means you are under security clearance. and this means there is no timeline when this will clear. So, all you can do is keep asking them, try MP calls and if everything fails then try Mandamus.

    What does your school / university degrees say ? If everything is ONLY your name and only the indian passport is wrong .. better to change the indian passport ... otherwise these things will create delays later on ... that is my opinion. also what did you submit at the time of ur PR ?
