No problem, but I had valid passport. You can call the fingerprint agencies and ask them which ID is acceptable. If you dont have driving licence and you live in ontario.you can get ontario photo id.You only need birth certificate or marriage certificate or passport for it. I hope it works out...

Sorry my file was submitted before december 2019 so biometrics was not needed that time. i just went to a third party n they took my finger prints for police clearance. i have no idea about biometrics.

Yes, i did not have to go a police station i did it through 3rd party. I gave my finger prints and recieved my PCC with in a weak.

I think you need a good lawyer right now. If you are in Toronto i can recommend one, my case was also very complicated but my lawyer helped me through it.

Can you please share with us what exactly you got from immigration. As long as there is no final decision on you spousal application they cant enforce deportation order.

I called them, they said cuz of covid dey no longer need my passport n my VO already made me entered Canada on paper so that part is done. The only thing i am going to get is letter n with that i can apply for my PR card, SIN# n health card.

Decision made meaning they are all most done with your application. Some people received letter or an email. Its diffrent for everyone.check everyday online and it will shows you landed as permanent resident in etobicoke ircc office..end point is you are OK..

the email on the letter is misspelled its etobicoke-CIC-APR@cic.gc.ca. n you will get a notification that they have received your email.
