    I created a GCKey account for my dad and trying to link the application but it keeps saying it can't find the application. What do I do here? I used the application number starting with "F" in the AOR. I need to submit the PCC, should I use the web form first then?

    Did you just put the XF application number alone in the subject, attach the docs and write nothing?
