I am a representative of my parents. Do I link their application to my GCKey or their GCKey?

Biometrics completed on June 1st.

Yes. Remember PGP is a long process and things move very slowly.

Hey, I submitted my additional documents in Nov 2025, I haven’t yet received AOR. Initial application Sep 2025. Received biometric in April and nothing after. Just wondering why no AOR. Does anyone have the same issue.

For some reason some people don’t receive formal AOR but if biometrics were requested they have received AOR.

You usually get an email about sponsor eligibility approval. You don’t see that on gckey

Today I got biometrics request for the 2nd application. (I submitted 2 PGP applications).

Now both applications have received biometrics. Next -> Medical

Anyone still has issuing linking GCKey account/ tracking their application?

In April 2025, We received the PCC request with the application number starting with "F" which I guess that's the official application number. That's the first communication where the "X" is removed from the application number.

We submitted PCC in May 2025.

Since then, I have not been able to link my parents GCKey account to the application. All possible attempts return no match. Even I as a sponsor am unable to track the status using the online tool.

We submitted a request form asking about the status and they said "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process."

So while reassuring, it's weird we're not able to link. Is there another step needed?
