I used my OHIP (Ontario Health Card). I asked them if I could use the temporary one (the paper one) and they said yes, in case I needed it urgently; otherwise, I would need to show them the official, laminated OHIP card.- novemberrain

Hi there! 1. The GCKey account does not say anything, just ignore it. 2. They will not send you an email for Background completed (or Language, Prohibitions, or Physical Presence). You only see this on tracker. 3. Those "ghost updates" can show on the Updated date. Say you see that last time...- novemberrain

No, it will not be updated on tracker. It will only show on your GCMS notes. On tracker, Eligibility will show Not Started or In Progress. In my case, they did not ask me to send any documents, I proactively sent them. Hope this helps.- novemberrain

My guess is that the junior officer cannot make a decision and requires the senior officer to do a thorough review of the case. I alao got a Review Required on my PR as well, and when I read the GCMS notes, I was because of my foreign experience. I then sent them a web form to explain and...- novemberrain
