    Hahaha, lucky I knew about the photo part (last year, I witnessed my coworker do it haha) If you are in Toronto, I suggest going to any Pro Passport Photo. They are quite reasonably priced (although my photo was very, erm, ugly : )) but I guess IRCC won't care!)

    It was in 2022. Don't worry, people said that it was the combination of that VO Kitchener and VO Vancouver, and it was for PR applications. Citizenship applications will be different. Also, your location is Kitchener doesn't mean that your file will be assigned to the VO Kitchener hehe
