    He was in remission, but since last 2 months he is having flare-ups. But it didn't affect his works and no surgery till now. But he has done colonoscopy twice. And put under some tablets and getting remicade infusion every 8 weeks.

    I have employer restriction on my nomination letter. And my PGWP will expire next year 2026 dec. So I'd only require to extend my work permit that time. So Im thinking how can I use the nomination work permit support letter that time if its already expired.
