    thanks for your response, my only worry at this time is her existing Home Child Care Pilot file which is sitting from the last 5 years. Kids are studying but will still try as they just want to visit us to spend some time with us.

    ok sounds good, so we will use her existing IRCC account. So IRCC account and IRCC portal are 2 separate things? As for her IRCC account we have her login details (username/ password) but when I see IRCC portal it requires an email address to login, so it seems we need to register and start...
