Renewing PR online - Date you became a PR in Canada
Hi, I wanted to reply to this as I was having this issue too. I tried changing the dates or when I became pr and made sure all history dates work and travel were all starting from a 5 years period, but all did not work eve asked for help from Ai and did all the troubleshooting.
