As of today (7th December 2025) my mailing address is marked as "Accepted by IRCC" in the Permanent Residence Portal. I've not had any ghost updates but I'm hoping it's progress at least. eCoPR was on 17th of October so I'm hoping my card will arrive soon.- hypertextcoffee
