No - if that's your only experience in a STEM NOC - the 6 months experience must be within past 3 yrs, so would now need to be after April 2021.

You can put either one as primary NOC. - , it won't matter. You'll still be eligible for STEM draw - as long as you list more than 6 months work experience in one of the listed NOC's within past 3 yrs.

Is the Targeted draw selection based on the 'MAIN OCCUPATION' listed on an EE profile? Am curious, as many people may have previous experience in one of the Targeted NOC's but have listed current job NOC as 'main occupation' - which is not one of the 'targeted NOC's, - and then they don't get...

What you have said doesn't make sense. There is no IELTS requirement for a BOwP application,

IELTS expiry has nothing to do with the work permit expiry - your IELTS is just for PR application. Dont' apply for the open work permit until your within 4 months of expiry of current permit.

I know IRCC tweeted recently that this public policy PR pathway has no eligibility for BOWP, but is there any update then as to what processing time for this PR stream will be like? or if IRCC might eventually update policy to allow BOWP for applicants who may have pending work permit expiry...

The Experience will be counted at time of ITA not at time of creating Express entry profile. IF your profile shows 12 months experience at date of ITA, you will be fine to accept the INVITE .

Yes BOWP approval is contingent on submission of PR, - it can continue to be valid however even if PR application is later rejected, I have come across this many times previously, and applicant's confirmed with IRCC that work permit remains valid to it's expiry regardless of outcome of PR...

IF an IEC permit holder applies for spousal sponsorship and OWP, and is on 'implied' status as a worker until they get a reply about that OWP -wouldn't the submission of the visitor status application, not then negate their 'implied status' as a worker. Since they applied for a 'different type'...

Hi - further to this . AS we are now aware IEC permit holders can avail of Implied status by applying for OWP while still in Canada (and still holding valid IEC), Could you suggest What happens if that applicant also applies for visitor status? Will the 'implied status' now be as a 'visitor'...

IF you apply for PR with a PNP nomination, you are not eligible for a BOWP. you are only eligible for an employer specific permit.
