A 2nd pre-arrival for 1 of the applications came on Jan 5, 2026. This was followed by PPR on Jan 16, 2026. Passports have gone for stamping. 2nd application no update after the Nov 8 pre-arrival.- garian4u

You will need to give Biometrics again. The ones for PR cannot reuse the ones from Visitor visa. For linking your application, what is the total number of family members that you are using?- garian4u

In my opinion, you will need to resolve this with IRCC by calling them up. For medical requests and biometrics requests, there were individual letters issued in the name of both parents (primary and dependant) and similarly you will need one for each to submit for passport requests.
