Old Express Entry Profile had inaccurate data (declared myself single when I have a husband).

Old Express Entry Profile had inaccurate data (declared myself single when I have a husband). I corrected the issue on my current EE Profile and received ITA and then we both did Biometrics. Now I just realized that I might have misrepresented myself. Do i need an LOE? Anyone with the same issue...

Possible NOC mismatch. Should I send a webform or leave it alone

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice regarding a possible NOC mismatch after submitting my Express Entry PR application. I received my ITA and have already submitted my application. For my Developer position, I selected NOC 21232 (Software developers and programmers). Recently, I compared...

Losing confidence in my immigration lawyer for Express Entry but maybe he's right

I just want to give some context. Last december, I added my spouse as non accompanying in my EE profile and we got a score for 529. The reason why I added him as non-accompanying is because his ECA credentials was taking a long time. It still hasn't been processed til today. I got my first ITA...

CEC and proof of common-law scrutiny.

Thank u for the reply. We started living together Feb 2022 -> Lodged student app Dec 2022 -> Flew to Canada April 2023 -> Immediately sent webform to update status and IRCC said you can declare it on your next application -> PGWP App 2023 declared common-law, in gcms my relationship status is...

CEC and proof of common-law scrutiny.

Hello All, We received an ITA last January via CEC and I have a common-law partner who is in our home country. I declared him as my common-law in my PGWP but i wasn't really required to submit proof of relationship as he still is in our home country and we didn't apply for OWP. We had some...

Changing from non-accompanying spouse to accompanying spouse after accepting ITA.

I got an ITA with 529 score. But my common-law’s school documents are taking awhile to process. If we don’t have my spouses diploma/wes credentials, our score will go down to 517. We were thinking of applying as non-accompanying spouse as he is still in our home country and then changing it to...

BC PNP, Business is slowing down and 1 year of Canadian experience eligibility question regarding full-time status

BC PNP Tech. There was an increase in PNP allocations so I was hoping I could get in through this stream by next year. But I don't think can now. I sent an email to BC PNP to clarify my situation but they take 5 business days to reply.

BC PNP, Business is slowing down and 1 year of Canadian experience eligibility question regarding full-time status

I understand. I don't meet the criteria come January 2026 because I will only work less than 27hrs/week on November and December 2025 even though I worked for 30+/hr starting January to October 2025. Pretty gut wrenching but yeah.

BC PNP, Business is slowing down and 1 year of Canadian experience eligibility question regarding full-time status

Okay, So I guess i'm not elligible for it because of I didn't continue working for 30hrs/week on the last two months. Sorry for my question.

BC PNP, Business is slowing down and 1 year of Canadian experience eligibility question regarding full-time status

Sorry, i'm a bit slow but what is the answer? I was working more than 30hrs/week but then my hours dipped this November to 27hrs/week. Would I still be eligible with this criteria: 'If you were working 30 regular hours or more per week, you must have at least 12 months of work experience'.
