How did you know it got transferred to Etobicoke VO? Did you call IRCC?

I applied one through IRCC in July, it's been 4 months, still haven't heard anything. This time, I applied through CBSA. They are faster. I got it in 35 days. Hope this helps.

888-242-2100 when asking you to enter you UCI, press 3-4-0. It connects you to the Citizenship line, ask them to transfer you to PR application line.
