    Background process is the one that takes the most time. It ranges anytime from 3 months once it begins to 12 months. Most Indian applicant's do fall in the 3 to 6 months time though.

    On gc key eligibility was in progress before we got the result. Background also just went to completion on the day we got the refusal

    Yes, it is so frustrating to get your hopes high ( I know TRV is a privilege not a right ) and get it crushed with a reason that doesn't make sense.
