Background process is the one that takes the most time. It ranges anytime from 3 months once it begins to 12 months. Most Indian applicant's do fall in the 3 to 6 months time though.- falgun

Well, I found out the website for my local MP. Went there and they had a section to connect with them. To be honest, MP's office didn't really do any help to us because they took around 25 days to revert back with the same thing we had already recieved in the ODN, though you mileage may vary...- falgun

Spousal Visa for Indian submitted in April
We applied after getting the AOR. Added her current job offer letter, her approved leave letter, bank statements etc. Yet we got refused. The sad thing is that the officer decision notes just stated that the client had not indicated any employment. We will be reapplying and the reconsideration...- falgun

Jan 2026 applicant here. No update after BIL and medical updated on tracker but this is within the expected timeline. What do you mean by below: Do you mean spousal TRV or the main sponsorship application itself?- falgun
