    I received both the biometrics and medical requests and still can't create an account on the tracker. I think GC key is the only way to get updates now. But I hear tracker updates are pretty detailed and it would be nice to see the updates on it as well.

    I am unable to create a tracker account as well. I think we'll have to receive the BIL to create one. I think the officer inputs into the system only after sending the BIL. Have you received BIL?
