    PR Card Delivery / PRRD

Technically you don't have a PR card. You can apply for PRTD.

First PR card stuck after FD, Canada post strike

It was normally taking 1-2 days between GU1 (the final decision message) and GU2 (PR card mailed), but they stopped sending GU2's since the start of the strike.

    It is Approved?!

PPR is normally an indication of approval. I guess the only reason that your visa would be denied after PPR is if you submitted wrong information (like an altered picture of your passport) that doesn't match the original passport.

PNP Nomination after EE Invitation to Apply

You can apply to both, one won't affect the other one. I've seen many people doing this. You'll just have to pay twice. Once one is approved, withdraw the other one. EE (if approved) should be way faster than PNP.

This is a generic letter, called PAL or pre-arrival services. They usually send it a few weeks/months after AOR.
