# you were not able to demonstrate that you will be able to adequately perform the work you seek.

and for my parter they said
#you have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requirements of a spousal open work permit pursuant to section 205(c) (ii) of the regulations.

can anyone please clarify what does theyIRCC looking for?

What is your NOC? Do you have a job offer? For you, you show that you have experience in the NOC you are applying for so education and work employment letters.

What NL program? So you need to show that you have experience in the NOC with past reference letters. Your wife is not eligible for a work permit because it is a NOC D job. You need a NOC A, B or 0 job for her to be eligible.

So you have experience in the NOC and included your reference letters because your refusal says you don’t have experience?

Since your nomination certificate has been issued by OIM, apply for PR and wait for it to be processed and then move. Your wife (I assume) is included in your application.

Do I need to be on Level 0,A b to get the PR as well? Yes we both have already applied for PR. now My concern is does this refusal affects on our PR application or not? Are we still eligible? Does level D affects on getting PR?

But you have a nomination issued by OIM, so wait for PR to be completed. PR is federal so they will decide if elgible. Given your refusal for not being experienced for the job may be an issue as your employer would have shown a need for the job, and an offer that you can do the job.

Where is the job? Have you started looking at accomodations? Rentals can be hard to find unless you are buying.

So should I again reapply my work permit with strong evidence that I am qualified and have education as well as experienced, i have already submitted my experience letter to IRCC, don’t know why they are not satisfied.

NOC is a food counter attendant so you show your experience. Assume that is what you did. Your reference letters must show that the job responsibilities match the NOC. Only reapply if you are submitting new information.

She will not get an open work permit since you don’t have a NOC A, B or 0 job. She will need to wait until you have PR.
What if again I get refuse, does it affect our PR application? Because I found that people has been refused for so many times.

I can’t answer that. You say you have proof of work experience so that is what your PR application will be based on - meeting the criteria of the NL PNP and PR programs.
