I have asked this question once ,I am asking once again before I apply for the documents.
So I am leaving US on march after that will do some traveling for 2 months outside us and return to india.

This is what I am planning to do from the previous discussions.

Change my permanent address the day I am leaving US to India.

Get pcc from US with a date after I left US.
Do I have to submit Indian pcc also once I return to india?
My meds are expired, so I am doing remed and I am submitting FBi clearance (us pcc)
,remed new number and updated address in 1 web form .

I am a single applicant so I showed pof 20k when I submitted the application but I had to withdraw some money because off few reasons but it is still above the threshold, do I have to make it back to 20 k

Do I have to submit something more ? Is this procedure correct?

I will break the travel and come back to india to submit my passport if I get ppr.
Thank you
Did anyone answer your queries? Maybe post it in a new thread.

time to call the t3rr041st5 and request them to invade or send some militia to our homeland and ask canada for asylum eventually
i dont see another way an economic immigrant settling down in canada quicker than a refugee

Well people here are happy with Canada "helping the less fortunate" because "their situation is far more critical". Not sure if they realize the number of such people in critical situations is on the order of millions if not billions lol. Gotta love virtue signalling.

So this user created a heart attack on the Kubeir "Saaaaars fb page.

Let Canada take 500,000 Ukrainians instead of virtue signalling with few thousand of them.

I mean, yeah he didn't check his spam folders, but if this was a TR2PR piece of shit. they would've sent cookies and a personally signed handwritten note requesting for additional information. And given them automatic extensions for 15 years to compensate them for the trouble.

Hi @legalfalcon what can someone do if it seems their file was skipped by an officer? My file has been in queue for review at RROC since December 2021 yet I am seeing everyone getting PPRs or ADRs who submitted after me. My AOR is October 2020. Do officers mistakenly forget certain files in their queue? People with AORs after mine are being attended to at RROC while my eligibility is still not started. What can I do?

Just a follow up from this. No there is no issue with my file according to my GCMS notes @legalfalcon. It’s just seems an officer isn’t attending to it and has moved to others. What can I do?

Putting aside the Ukranian conflict for a moment, does anyone think that Ontario really removed the CAP for good ?

It seems that Holthe knew all along that his was coming, even though he made a specific video negating it.
Well among lawyers we do not have a very good reputation for obvious reasons. So Holthe went the extra-mile in dissing the open source immigration community.

Or may be he made the concept of removing CAP popular and Ontario picked up from there. If that is true, this forum actually suggested a new policy to Ontario government.
