Guys, I got a question about PNP: How long does it normally take since you show interest in any province (while creating your EE profile) until that province might send you an invitation? I mean, is there any time limit which after that you can be sure that there won't be any Provincial Nomination for you after you have expressed your interest in moving to that specific province?
When I have created my EE profile 7 months ago, I have almost chosen all the provinces - except 2 if I remember correctly. But did not receive any nomination, I guess if any of them was interested in nominating me, I should have heard from them already untill now?
Pure luck so most of the time you can't know when you are getting or not getting a nomination. But pay attention to details specific to the provinces because you might be shooting yourself in the foot. For example for AINP, if your EE profile is older than 7 months (has less than 5 months of life left) then you have decreased chances: https://www.alberta.ca/aaip-alberta-express-entry-stream-eligibility.aspx

Factors that decrease your chances
If you meet one or more of the following factors, this may decrease your likelihood of receiving a Notification of Interest letter:

  • your Express Entry profile expires in 5 months or less

It’s basically the VO your local VO sends your file to, when they realize they are incapable of processing you. From what I’ve seen RROC is basically an extra VO helping out shitty VOs.
They are called Rapid Response. Let's hope they live up to their name at least...

If you select multiple provinces in your EE, then they see you as a prostitute and no one wants to marry a prostitute with no loyalty :D. Each province have different requirements for selection, some tell you what these are, others don't. You will need to research and see which ones you might qualify for.

Provinces like Saskatchewan does not pick directly from the pool. You will need to fill in their EOI application separately and if you qualify, wait for their ITA.

Bruh, seriously? Damn why I keep expecting Express Entry to be a pure systematic process rather than a lucky draw :) :)
Then I guess I make a new profile and express my interest in provinces again, as this year will be the focus of provinces.

It's technically not EE until you get your nomination certificate linked to your EE profile. First you deal with the province itself, their officers, their processing and their rules entirely. Then if you get a nomination certificate, it is usually automatically linked to your EE profile at which point IRCC takes full responsibility of processing your file under EE.

Yeah bro, I have gone through all provincial nominee programs on each province's website one by one. I won't be qualified for any, unless one of them will be interested in my EE profile and pick me up from there. I have also applied for SINP, but I scored 62 which i won't think will stand a chance, untill some sort of miracle happens as this year gonna be devoted to PNPs it seems.
And yeah again another confusion with EE starts right from there. There is an option of choosing all provinces, but then many say when you choose that the provinces will basically not consider you cause they want someone to be specifically interested in Province X itself and not the others

IRCC is very clear on what details have to be provided to prove the work experience for which you have claimed points. For any work experience for which you are claiming points, your experience letter MUST include your duties and responsibilities. Not having them is one of the common causes of rejection. Look at the Proof of Work Experience section below

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html

It doesn't matter that you got provincial nomination despite not providing this information, your PR application is judged independently. I would strongly advise you immediately get and submit a new reference letter which includes all the information mentioned in the link above, especially your job duties and responsibilities. If you can't get it, you must write a LOE saying why couldn't get it and potentially attach emails proving your effort to get one and then you are at the mercy of the visa officer. If you don't provide it, there is a high chance of refusal.
Thank you for your response. Yes, I've just submitted an LOE regarding the situation.

I got a request for police certificate, schedule A form, updated family form and updated travel history? Does this mean eligibility has been passed and background check is to be started?

Duh! It was just a question bro
I know. Irrespective of the answer, you are still going to submit these documents right? A lot of people who received these requests got PPR later and some did not. Just do what they say. Moreover, don't try to understand the activities of IRCC. You will be disappointed.
