Hi I would like to apply for my mother super visa as her visitor visa got rejected due to family ties in india and financial

1. I wanted to ask regarding her super visa as my mom is single mother my father is separated.
2. She has her own house on her name and she also work in a business which deals in cash. She has letter from that main owner of the business with stamped and sign regarding her monthly income in cash
3. She also has medical insurance and some fd which is fixed and some investment which she will get in 2023 and 2025.
4.i can show bank statement but most of the money has been send by me via remitly and she will have 4 lac rupees.
5. In my statement I can show $10k
I would like to have your assistance how I can proof the officer that she will go back to India and regarding the financial as well

Assume you meet LICO for family size on your NOA. 10k isn’t a lot of money for your savings. Any ties created by her job will disappear if she asking to remain in Canada over 6 months. Does she have previous travel history and to where? Do you have other siblings and whether do they live? Have you ordered GCMS notes?

1. $10000 I showed in my bank a/c however I working as well my early package is $43000
2. For mother there is jo previous travel history
3.my other siblings live far from my mom's house.
However my mom's brother and wife and their children live near same place where my mom reside.

In the gcmc notes they rejected the visitor visa due to family ties and they don't think she will go back home.

Fpr my mom savings- she has 25 lakh of property and she has savings of 4 lakh and other fd which include 1 lakh rupees

1.If you can please assist how much money should I show in my account and my mother's account I will arrange.
2. What should I do proof strong family ties as she is the only mother she works from home as I sd but she get in cash the money

Are you parents divorced? If not he may need to count in your family size.

Yeah they are not divorced but I have mention during student visa they are separated on the family form
