Finally received stamped passport and COPR this morning

Timeline:
Ready For Visa email - Dec 7th
Passports delivered to Ottawa - Jan 24th (requested extension to submit passport because I was traveling)
Application approved - Feb 7th
Passports sent back - Feb 16th
Delivered - Feb 17th

We have sent out the passport for my gf since Sep 2021 [for CoPR stamping] and have not still received anything. We received two additional request letters on Jan 5th 2022 and Jan 11th 2022 asking us to send the passport (again). We have contacted the phone support multiple times and have even submitted web forms but no response except for generic replies. Can you help us understand when can we expect the passport back and whom can we contact? We have tracking confirmation that the passport was received by CPC-Ottawa in Sep 2021.

It was sent to Ottawa. How can we confirm if it was lost or not? Can you provide any contact information? Web forms and call centers were not helpful in any way.

Got connected to a live agent multiple times. They have a strange response to most questions. They say that they are just the call center and would not know any additional details about my application than what I can see in my account.

I am some what in similar situation, Our passports were received Jan18th COPR generated online on 7th FEB,
But they had got my wife passport issued country wrong her passport was issued by chicago counsulate (India) instead of saying USA they said India we emailed back this mistake and since then we cannot see our COPR now. Although the main page says its approved once i click check application status i see that application in progress.

I dont know our passports are with them for over 4 weeks and no point of contact....really scary

Country of Issue is going to be India even if it was issued in the US.
Passports are issued by passport office in home county or Consulates in foreign country and the first page of passport indicates place of Issue. But Country of Issue is always going be India for an Indian Passport no matter where it was issued.

My passport got delivered on Jan 27th and there is no update on my application.
