Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC

I have uploaded all of my documents and about to make the payment (e-APR submission). The status of my uploaded documents is "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC". Do I have to do anything else to submit the documents to IRCC, or just make the payment? Thanks in advance.

Hit "Continue" then it will take you to payment page.. one payment done your application will be submitted and locked.

Double check before submitting.

I think I just uploaded the docs and I don't remember to hit continue and no payment was required. After the required due date is passed I thought some thing was wrong since it showed "uploaded but not submitted " so I clicked on next button and submitted. Now it's showing "replacement provided "
Is it normally the right way to show or by mistake I have submitted twice?
Please help with any advice...

Yes, if it is an ADR, it will show Replacement Provided.

You have to press Next at the bottom which will take you to next page requiring you to electronically sign it by writing your first and last name probably and proceed, then hit Transmit button. This will make the upload successful.
