Just confused with whole process now don’t know what comes first
Ok so you can do PRRA if you like. If you don’t mind me asking. Can you share your timeline with your new H&C and when did you submit JR for first one? I also have both going for me.

There is no country that is excluded from applying for PRRA and CBSA officers know very well you need to have an active application just to buy time. My partner is also from an OK country (not Europe but no wars/famine etc.) but he was offered PRRA application just to buy time. So it all depends now on the discretion of your CBSA officer. Try to make a positive impression on him/her and pray for the best. Good luck

What about those who got their pr through refugee claimants health-care pathway can they go directly to their country? For example I got a negative decision from my refugee claim ,plus appeal and Judicial. I was lucky to be a health-care worker and got my pr last year through pathway as a failed refugee claimants. I'm I at risk if I go straight to my home country?
If you are not a protected person or conventional refugee, you can go to your home country , if you choose to go.
