What to do if one dependent is in Canada while the principal applicant and other dependent is in Pakistan?

You must have informed to ircc immediately whenever dependent arrived in canada۔ Submit passport in pakistan for principal Applicant and other who are there۔After arriving them in canada ۔virtual landing possible only after landing of Principal Applicant۔

I said I changed the address as soon as they were here so in Nov 2020. Yes the confirmation is basically you see the address in ECAS and it was changed within a month. I am just saying that it did not worked for me so it is not always the case that process will be faster if parents are here in Canada.

I used online address change option on day they arrived in Canada. Not updated so I called IRCC answer was why they should change their address is back home. Is there any other way of changing ?

When change online it asks you if you have applied from Canada or from outside unless they mean for address change

My parents came to Canada on visitor visa in 2020 and there's no residence ties back home. Yesterday they received request for PCCs and a renewed passport. They have sold their home back in India and have a friend's home address for correspondence in India. Should we give their last home address (where they lived before coming) for PCC application to BLS? What could be the residential proof documents?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I m on visiting visa since Octor25,2021,address got changed thru webform ۔Our medical and biometric request on canada address in janury ۔Medical passed on 1St February 2022.Our application under PGP 20190,0June 25.

Hi, had a similar situation, medical was done for my parents, additional docs were also submitted only thing remaining was PPR, my parents travelled to canada on visit visa in June 2020, i request for address changed for my parents through webform after their arrival in Canada (included visa stamp and boarding pass as proof), I sent 2 web forms, 1 for my father and 1 for my mother for address change. After a few days i could see the address changed for my parents in ECAS (login separately for each parent in eCAS using their UCI to see the address for each parent). After the address change i waited 4 months and in Oct 2020 they received email from IRCC Etobicoke that they became PR. Hope this information helps you

Congratulations to all who got their London PPRs. I think my application fell through the cracks at the London office. Pre-arrival on November 19th and then nothing! May 29th applicant!

My mother received her pre-arrival letter the very same date (Nov 19th) and today she finally received the PPR email. It could be any day now.
