Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

I am asking this question which might have been asked here already. Apologies for asking it again.

I applied for PR on March 1 , 2021 CEC-Inland and finally received my and my dependents confirmation emails yesterday January 25, 2022, in separate email (for me, my wife and my daughter).
I am here in Canada but my wife and daughter are outside Canada(in India), What should I do, they are returning back on February 5, 2022?

1. Should I reply back to IRCC that my dependents are outside Canada, which will flag my file until they are back in Canada or should I wait until they are back and do not reply to IRCC email?
2. Do they require PR-TD to come to Canada?
3. Will their Visa be cancelled and what will happen to them at Canada and India immigration?

Any help is appreciated, Thanks in advance!

#1 Check on portal email response duration (i think within 2 weeks), if they travel back within that period then worth waiting to respond together. Otherwise if don't want to take risk then respond your status and you can send one more response once they are back (i believe even portal email would have mentioned that). Worst case you can raise webform...
#2 Only if COPR received but PR card not yet came then only you might need PRTD
#3 Visa will not be canceled as still they haven't received COPR

There is no timeline mentioned in email, but I will wait for 2 weeks.

Hi Everyone

My husband received ECopr - 6-12-2021
Pr card - last week
Still waiting for Passport request letter for me(wife-dependent)
As per my husband's conversation with visa office inside Canada they said your case is approved we have already sent details to ircc delhi for dependent finalization to send instructions now ircc delhi will contact you, can't assure how much time will it take.

Anybody waiting since December 2021????

Actually I received portal email on 26th nov but I was in india.
Regardless of informing IRCC several times, they sent me credentials 3 times. I am still in India so haven't recieved COPR or Ecopr.
Generally IRCC send PPR to outlands itself, but in my case they went crazy as I actually needed PPR for me and my husband.
Now again I have to leave my husband in india despite of getting PR approval because he haven't received PPR.
I don't know how to bear this pain again and again due to continuous inefficiency of IRCC.
I have stayed apart from him for more than 3 years and don't know how long i have to stay same because of canadian immigration.

IRCC is sending PPRs to oultland dependents right away after approving the application , but I guess we are among those few unfortunates who have to suffer even after getting PR approval.

Difficult situation and they would have given PPRs for all the family as everyone is out of Canada

After Oct 2021 , most of them were getting PPRs immediatly after ECoPR or sometime even before PA ECoPR . These are some strange cases . How could your husband get hold of visa office for the info ?

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this question, but still trying my luck.

I was in WP and got my PR (COPR) on october-2021, My application has my wife and kids as accompanying. We applied PR when my family was here with me in TRV last year. IRCC sent approval notice for all of us asking us to confirm if we are in Canada and they would release ECOPR. But unfortunately my family is not here and there TRV also Expired so they cannot travel to Canada . The question is how they can travel to Canada ? Should they apply an new TRV ? or apply any special document with approval notice sent by IRCC ??

Any leads will be much appreciated.. Thanks..
