I think this is PR stunt to calm things down after Tuesday Kubeir streaming. First two points explains they aware about of the problem and and they looking into it. I think we will see at least CEC draw soon. FSW is distance dream for sure. Here, they trying to fix current problem but this will not be in future, they still need people to get attracted to CAnada and TR 2 PR is what people attracted too. CEC should not be concern in 2022.

They'll eventually make TR2PR a permanent EE stream and I'll love to see below pattern becoming Canada's main immigration resource:

1. Some dumbass foreigner grabs some loan and enrolls in an 8 month long useless Canadian grad program
2. Qualifies for PR in 8 months with no experience, language or skills LMAO

Canada really dumbed down its immigrants.

The only silver lining I see in this is that those high skilled that DO manage to come will have a lot less competition for jobs.

No announcement yet but it's coming. It was in the mandate letter and Fraser is hinting at it. You know what? If it comes, I might actually put my ongoing degree on hold and quickly finish up a 8 or 12 month long degree and get my PR then maybe go back to my current program lmao. This EE TR2PR idea is the most stupid thing I've ever heard in terms of immigration. They're literally admitting dumbasses into their country.
