41 year old ,Srilankan, living in India Middle level Administrator looking to immigrate to Canada

I am a Sri Lankan, living in India,hold an OCI and Srilankan passport, I am 41 years old.Graduate, working as a middle level administrator in an education institution.Have travelled around a bit.

My wife has a Masters in biotech and a B.Ed for education she is the Principal of an educational institution as well ,she is 38 years old we have a 12 year old daughter who is in 7th Grade at present .
Looking to immigrate to Canada please let me know of the possibilities.

Research the Express Entry program to start. Your wife should be the primary applicant because she has a Master's and is younger (however she will still lose points due to her age). This is a points based program where those with the most points are selected through a draw. You want to have a score of 470+ at least to have a decent chance of being selected. Note that draws for this program are currently on hold and we do not know when they will restart.
