I have previously applied for PR which was rejected...now my daughter wants to apply for visit visa...in my application i was the prinicple applicant by family members are accompanied.. So now when my daughter wants to apply for vistor visa should she mention the refusal?

Yes, she needs to mention this refusal. If she has refusals to any other countries then she will need to mention these as well. The refusal has to be included even if she wasn't the primary applicant.
