Not yet, just got the information, my classmates who applied on 8th-Sep, are all under review.

No email was received.
Application date:8th-Sep.
Eligibility started: around 2 pm (MB) 8th Jan
Approved: around 5:00 pm 10th-Jan.
One year program, one year PGWP ( my friend got three years' pgwp with one year program)
