You need to apply for jobs and hope you find an employer who is willing to hire you and also go through the process of hiring a foreign worker. It's generally quite difficult to find a job.

Be careful of scams. If you get a job too easily, or someone asks you for money, or they offer you free accommodations / food / flights - then it's a scam and the job is fake.

You apply for jobs directly through company websites or you apply for jobs through job sites like LinkedIn or Monster. Again, be careful of scams.
