Guys looking for some advise here. App submitted in December 2020. Pre Arrival August 2021. Last GCMS notes were issued in October which confirmed everything passed and security not started. Called IRCC in early November after getting ghost update and the really helpful agent confirmed that everything including Eligibility and security is passed. The ghost update was probably because of that. I applied another set of notes but still waiting since 50+ days now.

I am now thinking to apply for TRV in coming days. How long is the TRV processing time these days from Pakistan and how likely am i to get it approved?

Got DM on ECAS just three days after i submitted visit visa application. Don't know if it's co-incident of Visit Visa App triggered it. Any idea guys how long for PPR from here?

Hi guys! Question for you all, So I am my principle applicants( husbands) representative as well. When they they request his passport, will they send it to myself in Canada or will they send it back to my husband in Pakistan. They should send it to him but I'm confused because whenever they send him an email it comes to me but also with MY mailing address on it.

After you get the PPR, he will contact VFS directly to submit and VFS will request specifically and make arrangements to return to him locally, i.e. he will specify which address to return to (if that's how they are returned locally and not picked up).

So no issue.

Have you contacted your MP to inquire about your case? They're helpful and tell you what the status is currently better than what you see online.

I guess it also depends how helpful your MP is willing to be too.
