I need your help guys!
(Compliments of the season )

So the Request letter I got says I should upload my documents through my IRCC secure portal; is this the same as through Web Form (because on my profile page I do not have the opportunity of uploading vide my online account portal)???

Excerpt from Request Letter:

".... Please note: Please note that the requested information/documents must be received within 30 days from the date of this correspondence. Please upload these documents using your IRCC secure account within the time frame indicated above. Once the deadline has passed, the ability to upload your document will be deactivated. If you are unable to provide the requested document within the time frame provided, we recommend that you write an explanation and upload it in lieu of the requested document(s)..."

Hi thanks for all your previous responses. Did my remeds this Monday (Dec. 20) and finally I got this request letter you guys have been mentioning with a questionnaire like you got. So, the question is would I have to resend the whole ddocuments again along with the questionnaire?
Submit EXACTLY what they requested, nothing more, nothing less. Whatever documents they asked for, submit them.

NO DON'T send a webform!!! Login to your account, click on 'view submitted documents' and you'll see they opened a new tab for you to upload EVERYTHING there.

Oh, I see. I think also send a web form and let them know this is the case. Maybe they open a tab for you immediately.
But I know this is not a rare issue, I heard this happening for other ADRs in other forums too.

Hi guys,
My Aor is june 2021 Pnp outland. I've got married a couple of days ago and want to add my wife to my application. Now that I've this thread, I'm pretty much familiar with tge process. The only unanswered question is: how does my wife give upfront medical exam? Since she does not have an ITA or anything to show the panel physician. Thanks everybody especially @legalfalcon.

To do upfront medical exam, she only needs to bring her passport to any panel physicians approved by IRCC.

Hi guys,

I need some clarifications about the IMM forms to send to IRCC after getting married:
  • imm0008enu_2d (Generic Application Form) :=> this is filled by Principal Applicant (PA)
  • imm5406e (Additional Family Information) :=> this is filled by the spouse AND also the PA (where the Spouse field will be the information of the spouse)
  • imm5669e (Schedule A / Background Declaration) :=> this is where I'm confused. I understand that the spouse will fill this. But does PA need to re-fill? Since I have read some past posts that IRCC already has the information of the PA, so only spouse needs to fill
Do I understand the above correctly?
Thank you

Everything was correct, I'm sure that I filled imm5669e (Schedule A / Background Declaration) only for spouse and it was fine. imm5406e (Additional Family Information) yes, you will be the spouse of your spouse it that field :D

Thank you so much! So that means I need to send 2 of the imm5406e form? Each from the perspective of me and my spouse right ?

This is how I have done it. IMM 0008 only to be filled by PA.

IMM 5406 to be filled two times - One for PA and One for the Spouse, that way you'll add the family information for both of the respective applicants.

IMM 5669E - only for the spouse.

Thank you.

Only the IMM 0008 has Validate button to generate the Barcode =>Usually when uploading in the document list, I don't have to sign it.
But since I'm sending via Webform, do I need to print out, sign with Inkpen, and scan and send?
