Sir, will it matter if i get IQAS equivalency for my wife’s educational degrees as well? Or onlybmine would be enough? If it is beneficial ill do for both

Depends what your eligibility and CRS scores are. Is she accompanying or non accompanying? You need to check the CRS calculator and figure out what your scores are with or without her accompanying. Then if accompanying with IELT/ECA scores.

Yes, she will be accompanying me, IELTS SCORE I will be adding but its not asked if i should have ECA FOR HEROR NOT? so if its worth then i should send her document as wel

Again use the CRS calculator to see if it would add points if she receives equivalency for her education.
