They listed all the exceptions, including "Family Reunification Permits" which don't even exist yet, so most likely backlogged wouldnt be harmed by new restrictions. Most likely they would treat COPRs as PRs, like it was done after june.
Hopefully as it is included in the mandate letter, things should keep moving forward as far as the processing of the backlogs is concerned.

Possibly for the first time in history SINP has included my profession under its International Healthcare workers EOI pool and we are now eligible for nomination. Unfortunately it’s a regulated profession and I would need proof of licensure at the point of applying
