Let us know if you get VANCOUVER IRCC email address. I have tried with VANCOUVER-CIC-APR@cic.gc.ca but it didn't worked.

I contacted MP office for an update on my PR application and they reached out to IRCC for further updates. Nothing much happened on my application after 13 October when security was passed.

Eligibility : Recommended Pass
Criminality: In Progress
Security: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

My file is still sitting in Vancouver VO.

Hope reaching out to MP might help expedite the application.

Did they send you a portal right after your email to them? Looks like your outland dependant got PPR not from Vancouver.
