I raised the web form on Friday but didn’t get the link yet?
Did you get the auto reply email when you submitted the webform ? if you received it.. it will have a vfs ticket number... therefore try to call them and ask for the status.

If thats not helping out then think about submitting a new webform.

Hello All,
At last after submitting the photo on Dec 1st, Received COPR yesterday night at 10.30 PM.
But my dependant has not received any PPR. Will the letter comes to PR portal or my cic account. I have checked for some they received through email. And any idea how long would this take to get PPR.
I got it in gc key on the same day when I got confirmation.

@legalfalcon need your valuable guidance. My dependents got the PPR but I (primary applicant) haven't received COPR. PPR letter of dependent says that he cannot submit the passport until the primary applicant has COPR. What should I do to get my COPR? Is waiting only option?

@express_entry_applicant @kt8476 I read few comments like raising webform for RFV passport submission and payment link. BUT the RFV letter I received today doesn’t have any such instructions. As per the letter my spouse has to submit letter copy, passport, photos and receipt of RPRF , height, eye colour to the nearest visa office.
Is there any other step we need to do???

I have also received the PPR letter for dependents on October 7, and still waiting for my COPR after submitting the photo and address: October 25.
I have sent a couple of emails that users listed here and they've said the file has been assigned to an officer who is in the process of uploading eCoPR... Not sure how long it will take to upload on file.
Not sure what to do... seems like stuck in a loop without knowing the end... really disappointing.
Any hopes for receiving the Visa for dependent end of January 2022?

Are you in Canada?

If so, you will just have to wait until you receive a portal email and then the e-COPR.

Hi @legalfalcon Could you please let me know what does this mean - "The PR card has been sent to our Card Production Centre, after the card processing we will delivery to your address". Does this mean that the Photo and Address which I uploaded into the Portal are already been approved in the back end and it is just waiting for printing and mailing to my Canada mail address ? Thanks much in advance for your kind clarification !!

Correct, no need to stress.

I believe you are talking about the right to permanent residence fee. Its in the email:
5. If not yet paid, Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for you and your accompanying spouse (if applicable). We strongly encourage you to pay your fees online and provide a copy of the receipt. To pay your fees online, click here: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do.

I believe most people pay when they apply for PR. If you have paid then you don't need to worry.
