Guys is it a JOB OFFER can help your H and C case ?
Yes, It does help an H&C apllication

In my first application( with the help of a stupid lawyer), One of the reasons stated in my refusal letter is that 'I did not have a job". the reason I did not have a job is that I do not have a status and I do not want to work illegally. To counter this point in my second application, I ensure to include a job offer letter in my application.

Your post above needs to be given a golden award. I 100% concur with you. Once an applicant gets familiar with the h&c process, how to fill the forms, write arguments, etc, the h&c application becomes easy. H&C officers are interested in your knowing an applicant's story and background. They are NOT interested in knowing the lawyer you hired for your application!
Thank you my friend! I think the cow-milking analogy comes from your earlier post so I should have given you credit for that. Excellent and visual analogy!

2-3 months just to get confirmation of receipt (AOR). Then could take another 6-12 months (sometimes more) to hear about Stage 1. But you mentioned you will be applying under domestic violence stream and other users predicted your case will go faster.
Ok well in that case i can just file my application and file it under domestic violence which i hope i can still do even tho me and my ex arent together anymore and then once i receive the receipt that the application has been recived i file for full custody of my kid on the grounds that hes mom is a fulltime prostitute and is menatlly unstable. Then when she finds out about me trying to take my son off her she will call cbsa and its highly possible cbsa can still deport me or no once my file has been recived correct?

Sorry to hear that. Yes, it takes months to gather all the evidence for your application. One possible avenue is to apply once you have all the core evidence, and you can always submit additional docs via webform later. This is what we did - our family doctor took ages to sign our reference letter so we submitted what we had and a month letter I added her letter as webform. There is of course risk that your file would be opened by the time you sent additional evidence and the officer may disregard the new piece (happened to us but on a different occasion - not with this letter). So I would try to gather as much as possible and not annoy officers by multiple submissions.

Also, an application going into process does not delay deportation. You have to get approval in principle (stage 1) to get CBSA off your shoulders. Of course, your CBSA officer may turn out to be nice and give you administrative deferral once you go into process, but this is not something that will happen automatically. Lots of hard work and patience needed. Good luck!
I just read the second part of your answer from a few days ago..it looks like even with my application received i cant get cbsa to leave me alone and can still get sent home damn

Yes sorry about that. However, your CBSA officer may be compassionate. If they call you for removal, please bring all the evidence you filed for HC and your son, if possible. Try to convince your officer that it is in your child's best interest if you remain in Canada. By the way, my partner's ex wife also reported him to CBSA many years ago and almost got him deported, but unfortunately for her we fell on an exceptionally nice CBSA officer who gave him PRRA application and after that administrative deferral. So he was able to remain in Canada until HC was decided. Never lose hope.

Did you try automatic phone line? For my partner, ECAS never worked and I know one more user who never was able to access ECAS. So we both used automatic phone line updates or asked our CBSA officer to check for us.
@Katayoon the automatic phone line always say we are verifying your eligibility….. no interview required and so on even after AIP or is there another automatic phone line that can give more details

Yes I am afraid it keeps repeating that they verify background and eligibility forever. They also say "we sent you medical instructions on [date]". When the final decision on your file is made, the status stops working and says something like "we will connect you now to the agent. "

It is same number as call center. You just have to follow prompts to enter your UCI and App number. You can ignore all Afghanistan-related prompts to hang up because you will not be talking to an agent. Just go on with prompts and you will hear message "we received your application on [date]. We are currently verifying whether you meet eligibility requirements etc."

1-888-242-2100.
I am grateful for the help.

Yes it will stay like this until they send you medicals. Then you will hear additional phrase that they sent you medicals.
