My case was dismissed by RAD
Is mean iam out of status ?

Not yet. But if you fail to file for JR within the 15 days window and do the needful subsequently, you will automatically go out of status and CBSA will come after you. But, if you apply for JR, you will remain in status until decision is reached and if you win your JR, you become conventional refugee.

This is not so unless he allows the 15 days window passed without filling for JR.

They said their case isn’t in JR and have not specified any intention of filing JR. Based on their posts they may have already crossed the 15 day mark which is why I replied as I did.

It may take one month and it may take 10 years but the moment you get in ‘no status’, you are in limbo and you are vulnerable and almost helpless until something changes and you get back in status.

You don’t seem to understand my point. May be you should try and read again. It may take even 50 years or life time but, CBSA will catch that person one day and they may never! In my opinion, I don’t think it is sensible to stay without a status for so long but, it depends on individual’s objectives.

It can take a while for CBSA to contact you. Yes there are places where you can’t be removed at the moment. Some people end up in limbo. Without status but unable to be deported.
